As used in this chapter:
(a) "Commercial space" means each space, area or building that is intended for any use permitted in a B-l, B-2, B-3 or B-4 zoning district, other than any space, area or building that is used for public uses.
(b) "Dwelling" shall have the same meaning given to such term in Section 1260.06(46) of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Vermilion.
(c) "Dwelling, multiple" shall have the same meaning given to such term in Section 1260.06(47) of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Vermilion.
(d) "Dwelling, single-family" shall have the same meaning given to such term in Section 1260.06(48) of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Vermilion.
(e) "Dwelling, two-family" shall have the same meaning given to such term in Section 1260.06(49) of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Vermilion.
(f) "Dwelling unit" shall have the same meaning given to such term in Section 1260.06(50) of the Codified Ordinances of the city of Vermilion.
(g) "Industrial space" means each space, area, or building that is intended for any use permitted in an I-1, I-2 or I-3 zoning district, other than any space, area or building that is used for public uses.
(h) "Person" means every person or legal entity who or which engages in construction activities itself or through the services of any employee, agent or independent contractor.
(i) "Public uses" shall have the same meaning given to such term in Section 1260.06(86) of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Vermilion.
