1248.08 EASEMENTS; UNDERGROUND ELECTRIC CABLE.
   Private and public utility easements shall have a minimum width of ten feet or such additional width as may be required by the Planning Commission for necessary access to the utility involved. Such easements shall be located along rear or side lot lines with five feet thereof being located on each side of such lot lines, except under special circumstances where the Commission may require them in other locations. For lots facing curvilinear streets, the rear easement shall consist of straight lines with a minimum of points of deflection. Streets with a fifty-foot right of way shall have easements five feet wide along front lot lines. Electrical power supply cable or cables with a potential of over 250 volts measured to "ground" which are buried beneath the surface of the earth shall have an effectively grounded concentric sheath, shield or spiral wire of conductivity at least equal to the phase conductor and in contact with the earth.
