1220.02 OFFICIAL THOROFARE PLAN.

The Official Thorofare Plan, dated January 30, 1973, and prepared for the City of Vermilion by the Lorain County Regional Planning Commission and approved by the Vermilion Planning Commission, is hereby accepted, enacted and declared to be the Official Thorofare Plan of the City.
