1220.01 PARK AND RECREATION PLAN.

The Park and Recreation Plan prepared for the City by the Lorain County Regional Planning Commission under a contract between the City and the Commission, which Plan has already been presented to the Vermilion City Council, is hereby accepted by the City and placed in full and complete operation and effect.
