Records of the corporation shall be available for City inspection at reasonable intervals. Such records include balance sheets, profit and loss statements, bank balances and accounts, gallonage contributed by the City correlated with odometer readings, etc. The corporation agrees to furnish the Mayor copies of all financial and general operating statements, all to the end that the City will be assured that public interests are being served in a meaningful manner.
