Vermilion Community Services, Inc., shall always remain the responsible operative entity. Nevertheless, in the public interest, such corporation agrees to save the City harmless from any spurious claim or demand and further agrees to insure both its passengers and the general public against the neglect of its employees with a comprehensive public liability policy. Proof of such policy shall be filed with the Law Director.
