1064.06 COLLECTION OF UNPAID CHARGES; SURCHARGE.

At least annually all unpaid charges shall be certified to the County Auditor for collection, the same as other taxes and assessments are collected. Whoever fails to pay such charges which are so certified shall incur a penalty or surcharge of ten percent.
