   1064.01 GARBAGE AND RUBBISH COLLECTION FEE.
   The owner or occupant of each residence shall pay a set fee for the collection and disposal of garbage and rubbish by the City.
   As used in this chapter "residence" includes each residential unit of a multiple dwelling or condominium unit.
