The South Street public boat ramp located upon the premises of the Wastewater Treatment Plant site off West River Road shall not be utilized by watercraft thirty-two feet in length or longer, but may be utilized by watercraft up to thirty-one feet, eleven inches in length. No boat owner or operator shall exceed a time period of fifteen minutes in launching or reloading operations upon such ramp or obstruct the ramp for more than fifteen minutes for any reason or purpose. All persons shall conduct such operations in the sequence of their arrival at the ramp and shall await their turn in such order. (Ord. 93-12. Passed 3-15-93.)
