No person shall plant shrubbery or tress on any grave site or lot from the effective date of this section (Ordinance 82-63, passed December 20, 1982). No person shall replace existing shrubbery. If replaced, such planting will be removed. Existing free standing urns, not filled and cared for, will be removed. All private flower beds that are not part of the perpetual Flower Care Trust shall be kept up and maintained by families of lot owners.
