The water rate per 100 CCF shall be as follows:

This is the total rate, including operation, mainentance and replacement (OM&R), and debt increment (capital). The split between OM&R and capital shall be as shown in Exhibit A (Table 9), attached to original Ordinance 00-17, passed May 1, 2000. The minimum charge shall be three dollars ($3.00). The minimum bill for the West Lake users shall be four dollars and twenty-five cents ($4.25) per month. The minimum bill for outside users will be three dollars and seventy-five cents ($3.75) per month. (Ord. 00-17. Passed 5-1-00.)
