1040.02 ALLOWANCE OF CLAIMS ON WATER AND SEWER BILLINGS.

The Director of Public Service is hereby authorized to allow claims on water and sewer billings in those circumstances where unusual emergency conditions or malfunctions occur. (Ord. 69-73. Passed 12-8-69.)
