1030.11 FAILURE TO COMPLY.

In the event the owner, occupant or any other person in charge of the premises fails to comply with the requirements of this chapter, the City may enter upon the premises and remove any and all obstructions from any drains, ditches, swales or other surface water conductors, and regrade the surface of the premises to the finished grade line heretofore established.
