1030.08 TOPOGRAPHIC MAP REQUIRED.

No building permit shall be issued until the topographic map for the parcel has been approved by the City Engineer. The topographic map for each lot will be based on an actual survey and may be based on an approved grading plan. Elevations will be based on the City's benchmark system.
