Upon decision, by resolution of Council, that certain specified sidewalks shall be constructed, the Clerk of Council shall cause a written notice of the passage of such resolution to be served upon the owner or agent of the owner as set forth in Ohio R.C. 729.02. (Ord. 89-67. Passed 10-2-89.)
