1020.04 STREET AND SIDEWALK SALES OR DISPLAYS.

No person shall use any street or sidewalk area, including the lateral strip area between the street and sidewalk, for the display or sale of merchandise or for any advertising display. (Ord. 639. Passed 3-6-61.)
