870.15 DRIVER'S PERMIT; FEES.

   The following permit fees shall be paid for taxicab driver's permits or for renewals thereof:

   For each original permit issued, ten dollars ($10.00);

   For each renewal thereof, ten dollars ($10.00);

   For replacement of the driver's permit certificate if the same is lost, stolen, mutilated or destroyed, a fee of one dollar ($1.00) shall be paid for the replacement thereof.
