Upon satisfactory fulfillment of the foregoing requirements, there shall be issued to the applicant a taxicab driver's permit which shall be in such form as to contain the photograph and name of the permittee. Any driver who defaces, removes or obliterates any official entry made upon his permit shall be punished by the revocation of his permit. Taxicab driver's permits shall be issued for the calendar year or the remainder of any calendar year. (Ord. 639. Passed 3-6-61.)
