850.14 OFF-STREET PARKING.

Each person operating a gameroom or amusement arcade shall provide, in addition to the requirements of the Planning and Zoning Code, off-street parking facilities for his, her or its patrons in an amount equal to one space for each two machines, in addition to providing one space for each employee.
