850.10 ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES; DRUGS; SECURITY; LIGHTING; LOUDSPEAKERS; PEACE DISTURBANCES; PROXIMITY TO SCHOOLS.
   (a)   No person shall permit the consumption of alcoholic beverages or other intoxicants by any person on the premises where any mechanical or electrically operated amusement device is displayed or kept for operation, unless such person holds a proper permit from the Ohio Department of Liquor Control, or permit a drug offense thereon.
 
   (b)   All gamerooms or amusement arcades shall, during hours of operation, provide adult (over the age of twenty-one years) management.
   (c)   All gamerooms or amusement arcades shall provide necessary security personnel as required by the Mayor to police the interior and exterior of the premises.
 
   (d)   All persons operating a gameroom or amusement arcade shall submit to the Building Inspector an exterior lighting plan, if such facility is in a free-standing building, which plan shall be approved by the Building Inspector.
 
   (e)   Outdoor loudspeakers shall not be permitted at any premises where any mechanical or electrically operated amusement device is displayed or kept for operation.
 
   (f)   Any person to whom a gameroom or amusement arcade license and/or mechanical or electrically operated amusement device license is issued shall maintain peace and quiet in and about the premises. Failure to do so, if determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be attributable to the neglect of the licensee, shall constitute grounds not to renew a license for the next succeeding year.
 
   (g)   No mechanical or electrically operated amusement device, gameroom or arcade shall be maintained within 1,000 feet of any school.
