(a) The person to whom a mechanical or electrically operated amusement device license is issued shall display such license on the device for which it was issued for the period covered by such license.
(b) The person to whom a gameroom or amusement arcade license is issued shall display such license in a prominent place in the establishment for the period covered by such license.
