The application for any license required by this chapter shall be rejected by the Mayor if the information submitted or facts found show that any person named in the application for a mechanical or electrically operated amusement device license and/or a gameroom or amusement arcade license is not of good moral character, if the application is not in conformity with this chapter or if any of the information submitted is false.
