(a) No person shall display for public patronage or keep for operation by the public any mechanical or electrically operated amusement device without first obtaining a license therefor from the Mayor in accordance with this chapter. A separate license shall be required for each device displayed or kept at any one time.
(b) No person shall operate a gameroom or amusement arcade without first obtaining a license therefor from the Mayor in accordance with this chapter.
