(a) No home sale shall be conducted by the same resident or member of his or her family and/or upon the same resident's property more than one time in each succeeding three-month period and in no event more than four times per year.
(b) No home sale shall be conducted other than between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. and in no event shall a home sale last more than four consecutive days.
(c) A sign, not greater in size than three feet by three feet, may be installed on the property where the sale is being conducted and one sign of the same dimensions may be located off the premises. No sign shall be placed on utility poles or in a City right of way. All signs must be removed within twenty-four hours after the home sale is completed.
