804.05 NONINTERFERENCE WITH POLICE AND FIRE DIVISIONS.
   The receiving unit shall be permitted to remain for only so long as it does not interfere with the normal daily operation of the Police and Fire Divisions. Upon the determination by the Director of Public Safety that such alarm system is not an aid to preventing crime, the apprehension of criminals or fighting fires or that it is disrupting or interfering with the daily operation of the Police Division or the Fire Division, the Director is authorized to cause the immediate disconnection, termination and removal of such unit.
