The purpose of this chapter is to regulate the amount of excessive sound created by any production, processing, cleaning, testing, repairing, moving or storing of materials, goods or products; sound amplification systems; motor vehicles, snowmobiles, motorcycles, mini-bikes, trail bikes, all purpose vehicles and boats; or sound emanating from other activities within the City. It is not the intent of this chapter to regulate the location of any such operation or activity.
