Adult entertainment establishments shall be required to provide one on-premises parking space for each 100 square feet of gross floor area of the structure or one on-premises parking space per every three persons of maximum seating capacity, whichever is greater; plus one space per employee. Maximum seating capacity shall be determined by the County Fire Department and/or Building Inspection Department.
