§ 111.01 ENACTMENT.

The town by and through its Board of Aldermen enacts this chapter regulating the location and operation of adult entertainment establishments, providing a licensing requirement for those businesses, providing distance separation requirements for those businesses, providing regulations or restrictions for the external appearance and advertising of such establishments, and providing for enforcement.
