§ 90.01  COUNTY ANIMAL CONTROL ORDINANCE ADOPTED BY REFERENCE.
   The town, to the extent permitted by law, adopts, enacts, and incorporates fully the County Animal Control Ordinance passed June 18, 2012, including as same may be amended from time to time. The County Animal Control Ordinance is set out in full in Appendix A to this chapter.
