§ 156.99 PENALTY.
The operation permit shall be valid until revoked. The Enforcement Officer shall periodically visit the campground to determine continued compliance with this chapter. If the campground is determined to be in violation, the Enforcement Officer shall notify the operator in writing of the violations and of action necessary to bring the campground into compliance. Failure by the owner/operator to correct violations within 120 days of notification shall constitute grounds for revocation of the permit. Operation of a campground without a valid operation permit is a misdemeanor subject to enforcement actions provided by state law. When the Enforcement Officer determines that the park has been brought back into compliance with applicable regulations, he or she shall reinstate the operation permit at a cost of the initial operation permit.
