§ 156.51 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS.

The provisions of this chapter shall be held to be minimum requirements. Wherever the requirements of this chapter differ with the requirements of any other adopted county, state, or federal regulation, the most restrictive or that imposing the highest standard shall govern.
