§ 156.49 OPERATION PERMIT.
   (A)   After construction is completed and approved by the town’s Enforcement Officer, the developer may apply for an operation permit.
   (B)   This permit authorizes the developer to operate the campground.
   (C)   Operation permits may be obtained from the Town Clerk.
   (D)   An operation permit costs $100 and shall be renewed each year. This cost is subject to change by the Board of Aldermen.
