§ 156.15 SUITABILITY OF LAND.

Land subject to flooding, such as floodplain, improper drainage, erosion, or that is for topographical or for other reasons unsuitable for campground use as determined by the Planning Board shall not be developed for travel trailer parks so long as such use would continue or increase the danger to health, safety, and property.
