(A) The Board of Aldermen have declared the area described below as a no parking zone for all vehicles along the Fisherman Road segment of S.R. 1123.
(B) The area beginning at the entrance to the town’s boat ramp parking area, located along the south side of Fisherman Road, and extending to the high water mark, is a no parking zone. This zone covers both the north and south sides of Fisherman Road, within the defined area. The area at the entrance to the boat ramp, being defined by sign and marked pavement, is a no parking zone for all vehicles except fire and rescue vehicles and is a tow zone.
(C) This schedule is subject to enforcement by the state’s Department of Transportation and county law enforcement agencies.
