(A) Purpose. The purpose of this subchapter is to inform the developer and the design engineer of the minimum requirements of the town for both design and construction of utilities, pavements, easements, parks, buffer zones, drainage of lands, and the like. It is not intended that this subchapter be interpreted as a set of rules which will in any way negate the necessity of design of proposed improvements by a civil engineer experienced in this specific field.
(B) General requirement. Before establishing a manufactured home park development, it shall prescribe and conform with the provisions and regulations set forth in the town’s Subdivision Ordinance.
