(A) No person shall place a manufactured home in the corporate limits of the town without having obtained a manufactured home registration permit from the Town Inspection Officer. Registration permits will be issued provided the requirements set forth in this section are met.
(B) All manufactured homes shall be of Class A or Class B manufactured home.
(C) All manufactured homes shall be on a lot containing not less than one-half acre. Exceptions to the lot size given to pre-existing lots and lots approved by variance having no conditions dictating otherwise.
(D) Minimum setback lines shall be as follows:
(1) Front yard: 50 feet;
(2) Street side yard, 10 feet; corner lot, 15 feet; and
(3) Rear yard: five feet.
(E) All manufactured homes shall be properly connected to water and sewer systems approved by the County Health Department.
(F) All manufactured homes shall be not more than ten years old.
