§ 153.05  WORD INTERPRETATION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, certain words shall be interpreted as follows:
   (A)   Words in the present tense include the future tense;
   (B)   Words in the singular number include the plural, and words in the plural include the singular, unless the natural construction of the wording indicates otherwise;
   (C)   The word, “person”, includes a firm, association, corporation, trust, and company, as well as an individual;
   (D)   The word, “structure”, shall include the word “building”;
   (E)   The word, “lot”, shall include the words, “plat”, “parcel”, or “tract”;
   (F)   The word, “shall”, is always mandatory and not merely directory; and
   (G)   The word, “will”, is always mandatory and not merely directory.
