(A) The legislature of the state has, in G.S. Chapter 160A, Article 8, § 174, enabled cities/towns by ordinance to define, prohibit, regulate, or abate acts, omissions, or conditions, detrimental to the health, safety, or welfare of its citizens, and the peace and dignity of the city/town.
(B) The Board of Aldermen does hereby enact into law the following subchapter as the “Varnamtown Manufactured Home Ordinance” hereinafter referred to as “this subchapter” or “subchapter”.
