§ 152.020  PREREQUISITE TO PLAT RECORDATION.
   After the effective date of this chapter, each individual subdivision plat of land within the jurisdiction of the town shall be approved by the town’s Planning Board in accordance with the procedures for submission and approval as set forth herein.
