(A) General design. All minor subdivisions shall be designed so as to minimize flood damage to any lots, building, or other facilities within the development.
(B) Building setback lines. All minor subdivisions shall show minimum setback lines as follows:
(1) Front yard: 50 feet;
(2) Side yard: ten feet;
(3) Street side yard, (corner lot): 15 feet; and
(4) Rear yard: five feet.
(C) Lot size. Minimum lot size shall be one-half acre (21,780 square feet).
(D) Height. Structures erected on waterfront property shall be limited to 36 feet from the average ground level of the lot on which the structure is erected.
