§ 151.070 PROCEDURE FOR REVIEW.
   (A)   Whenever a proposed subdivision of land meets the definition of a minor subdivision as included in § 151.005, the subdivider shall submit to the Planning Board two copies of a surveyed plat which shall meet the requirements set forth in this subchapter. The Planning Board shall review the plat for compliance with said requirements for the approval of the minor subdivision plats. A minor subdivision plat shall not be approved unless it complies with the requirements of this chapter. When a minor subdivision plat has met the requirements for approval, the Planning Board Chairperson shall sign his or her signature of approval on the face of the plat and submit the plat to the Town Clerk. The Town Clerk and the Mayor shall indicate final approval by their signatures and/or official seal of the town.
   (B)   For qualifying, expedited minor subdivisions to be approved administratively by the Mayor, only a final plat for recordation is required.
