§ 151.037 EFFECT OF PLAT APPROVAL ON DEDICATIONS.

The approval of a plat pursuant to this chapter, shall not be deemed to constitute or effect the acceptance by the town of the dedication or maintenance of any such facility. Acceptance, dedication, or maintenance of any such facility by the town shall require a resolution of acceptance and/or maintenance by the Board of Aldermen.
