§ 138.23 PROHIBITING ADULT USE MARIJUANA CULTIVATORS, DISPENSARIES, AND PROCESSORS.
   Adult use marijuana cultivators, dispensaries, and processors, as authorized by R.C. Chapter 3780 and any rules promulgated thereunder, are hereby prohibited within the City of Van Wert, to protect the health, safety, and welfare of the residents of the City of Van Wert.
