§ 150.95 MEDICAL MARIJUANA PROHIBITIONS.

Medical marijuana cultivators, dispensaries, and processors, as authorized by R.C. Chapter 3796 and any rules promulgated thereunder, are hereby prohibited within the city, to protect the health, safety, and welfare of the residents of the city.
