(A) Each employee of the Court shall be entitled to vacation leave beginning January 1 of each year as follows:
Less than one year | Prorated |
Over 1, but less than 8 years | 2 weeks |
Over 8, but less than 15 years | 3 weeks |
Over 15, but less than 22 years | 4 weeks |
Over 22 years | 5 weeks |
(B) A maximum of 1 week of unused vacation can be carried over to the following year, provided that no employee shall have available more than the current year’s accrual of vacation plus 1 week.
(C) Vacation policies are governed by the Van Wert Municipal Court Personnel Policy and Procedure Manual.
