(A) The standard work hours per day and/or week for the Court and all its employees shall be 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week.
(B) The hourly rate shall be calculated as follows for eligible employees:
(1) Annual salary divided by total number of annual work hours.
(C) Overtime for eligible employees shall be 1½ times the employee's hourly rate.
