(A) The Safety-Service Director may adopt administrative regulations for the conduct of hearings and for the enforcement of the Van Wert City Municipal Code of Ordinances through the issuance of notices of civil offenses.
(B) The Zoning Review Board shall appoint a Hearing Examiner, and an alternate in case of a conflict of interest, with the duty of holding hearings and rendering decisions pursuant to § 41.05, and all subsections thereof.
(C) The length of the term to which Hearing Examiner shall serve shall be pursuant to the administrative regulations established by the Safety-Service Director.
