§ 41.07 DEFAULT.

A person who is personally or constructively served with notice of a civil offense and civil fine and fails to answer within the time provided, or fails to attend a requested hearing, is in default, and the civil fine shall be deemed delinquent, and said civil fine is doubled pursuant to § 41.03(B)(1).
