(A) All house trailer park buildings, lots, roadways, walkways, water supply systems, sewage systems, and other facilities shall be maintained in a condition satisfactory to the Board of Health at all times. Cleaning and maintenance of these facilities shall be a responsibility of the house trailer park operator.
(B) Domestic animals or house pets shall not be allowed to run at large or create nuisance in house trailer parks.
