(A) A conveniently located telephone shall be available for use of occupants of the house trailer park at all times, day and night.
(B) Each house trailer park shall set aside and provide suitable recreational space consisting of not less than 8% of the gross trailer park area.
(C) When provided, recreational facilities such as playgrounds, swimming pools, tennis courts, basketball courts, and community buildings shall meet all applicable state and local laws and regulations and shall be appropriate for the intended use. Such facilities shall be properly operated and maintained.
(D) Boats and recreation vehicles shall not be stored on the individual house trailer lot. Each house trailer park operator may designate an area for parking boats and recreational vehicles which may be considered as not more than 25% of the recreation area required by division (B) of this section.
